Burke Catering, LLC is a cost effective, full service, off-premise catering company with a reputation for delicious and creative cuisine.  Local produce and artisanal breads are preferred building traditional cold and hot buffets.  Staff is friendly and helpful, and events are thoughtfully designed to reflect the hosts goals and tastes.

Summertime BBQ’s are economical include world class ribs, smoky pulled brisket or pork, and Burke Catering’s own currant bbq chicken. Clambakes, Pig or Lamb roasts are a house specialty.  International cheese displays are interactive and signature for nonprofit Burke events.   Healthy Regional American, South American, Pan Asian and European styles are customary in our preparations delivered with carefully timed execution.  We can also help delivering competitive bids on music, rentals, liquor recommendations and flowers.

Our catering planners creatively recommend food service geared to your entertaining objectives. We are good at feeding hungry folks, and very good at suggesting event timing, bar and buffet placement as well as food styles to really meet varied host and guest expectations and budgets.
